Meet Steve August 

Steve August is a serial entrepreneur and Founder coach. He took Revelation, his first startup, from idea to a successful multi-million dollar exit. He’s experienced the full entrepreneurial journey—from two people in a room to serving as the CMO of a $100M global business with 400 employees, reporting directly to a private equity board.

Since 2017, Steve has been coaching founders privately, helping his clients raise over $100M in funding, achieve record-breaking revenues, and secure five successful exits. Beyond these achievements, Steve’s coaching has enabled founders to make transformative leaps in their personal development and growth.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 54, Steve started to understand why despite outward success, his internal reality was often constant overwhelm, working significantly harder than others to achieve the same results, and always feeling like he was falling short. His diagnosis was a turning point, allowing him to understand his ADHD brain and create systems to thrive both in business and in life.

Today, Steve’s mission is to help ADHD entrepreneurs overcome overwhelm, reclaim their focus, and realize their full potential. He’s found that the techniques he coaches work well for every brain type. He does this through private coaching, his ADHD Entrepreneur Accelerator, the Doing Tribe Coworking Community for ADHD Entrepreneurs, and his Focus Formula system.
