Intro to Mondays Live Weekly

We are seeking energetic talkers who can deliver "incredible good" in 10-30 minute motivational speech segments.  Every week Mondays kicks off featuring powerful communicators who totally have designed their message to inspire & uplift our online audience, often by sharing personal stories, highlighting challenges overcome, and emphasizing the potential for achieving great things, with the goal of igniting their drive and determination to take action towards their goals.

Understanding our Audience is #1

We are a weekly motivation delivery platform designed to get our viewers EXCITED about the week ahead and to give them a strong kick in the head (or arse) start!  Our audience is composed of entrepreneurs, sales people, artists, content creators and business leaders that want motivation like coffee! 

 

Key elements of a MONDAYS motivational speech include:

Compelling Narrative:  Using personal anecdotes or relatable stories to connect with the audience on an emotional level, illustrating the struggles and triumphs that resonate with their own experiences.

Positive Vision:  Clearly articulating a hopeful future, painting a picture of what can be achieved with dedication and perseverance.

​

Call to Action:  While pitching for a sale (selling your product or service) during the live presentation is not allowed (you can invite any interested parties to a breakout room, private session or leave a link) we are looking for you to inspire, motivate and provide a clear next step or challenge for the audience to take, urging them to actively pursue their goals.  You can sell Mondays VIP (ask we'll explain)

Empowering Language: Using positive affirmations, inspirational quotes, and language that instills confidence and belief in the listener's abilities.  You are welcome to offer PDF handouts, bonus content, lead magnets and other motivational insights and gifts!

Speaker Briefing

1. We start each week with a Sunday night briefing the day before (review of schedule is optional for the keynote speaker)

2. An important step in preparing for Mondays is to make sure our Zoom room operator has any slides or materials by Sunday night

 

3. We start sharp at 9am EST (8 CT, 6am PST) and sometimes there is a theme for the week to month.  The agenda varies depending on the host however the time allotted for each speech is by sessions and each is generally 20-30 minutes in length including exercises. You

can offer to do more than one session with a break and offer any FREE supporting materials such as videos, slides, or handouts.

 

4. At this time we are NOT charging for platform exposure and you accept that this opportunity is gratis, a non-paid volunteer role.

 

5. Please send your photo (JPG preferred) along with both a readable BIO (less than 100 words) and a longer one for posting online.

 

6. If you have a specific subject or topic in mind - please provide details, title of your talk and any supportive content to us ASAP!

 

7. If you are interested in pre-event promotional campaign where you are willing to make appearances on social media platforms and podcasts this must be planned weeks in advance.  We are anxious to work with you provided you have at least 100,000 active followers

 

8. Logistics your speech are carefully planned to ensure that everything runs smoothly for every MONDAYS event. This includes your role in promoting your appearance in advance and making sure you've signed into the speaker (zoom or co-host) platform on time.

 

9. Please make sure your microphone is top quality and that there is NO background noise interrupting. Please make sure any necessary equipment you need is working properly, such as your PC, WIFI, headphones, microphones, lighting, projectors, and slides or AI.

We trust you will be great and therefore it is essential you review and practice your speech beforehand.  We are happy to provide feedback before to review anything and can offer feedback from the audience along with posted reviews.   If you want us to ensure that your speech is in line with Monday's event goals just make sure that the speech is not too long or too short and that it flows smoothly.

 

NO Rehearsals  (it's LIVE baby!)

It's important that you know your stuff and rehearse your speech to ensure that you are smooth and on topic with your delivery!  We are happy to throw on your power points or run an intro video and for the special occasion or segment run a pre-recorded video for you!

Each & Every Monday Morning is a new Motivational Meeting Event

Each week we are 'over the top' excited to introduce our Monday crew and speakers.  There is often a few minutes of networking and 'house cleaning' to mention a few things and perhaps a joke or two to warm up the audience and allow time for introductions.
