Certified in life coaching, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, she runs "Motivating the Mindset," her life mentoring business.
She also published the prompted journal Motivating the Mindset: Creating Space in Your Mind and Life and recently delivered a TEDx talk titled "Reclaim Your Love of Teaching."
